🚨 4 WEEKS OF ACCOUNTABILITY 🚨

🔥 WHEN: Challenge itself begins 1/4/21, but sign-ups are taking place now to reserve your spot with a trainer. There’s limited spots for this Challenge so be sure to sign up ASAP!

🔥 WHO: You! This Challenge is open to all members AND non-members!

🔥 WHERE: Flow Fit Studios

🔥 WHY: To give you an extra push while providing you with a ton of useful information on your journey and rewarding you for showing up, working out & eating right!

🔥 HOW: You will be apart of a community of women participating in this challenge for two things: a better self & being held accountable for making the necessary steps to aid in achieving your goal to feel better, look better, lose weight, “tone up”, gain strength, motivation, learn what to eat, in addition to home workouts for days you cannot make it to the studio!

🔥 EARN POINTS: You will earn points for a variety of good habits; I.e., checking in for a workout, making a healthy food choice, drinking your water goal, getting a home workout in on days you cannot make it to the studio, and much more!

💪🏽 You will be with a Flow Fit Personal Trainer every step of the way during this 4 weeks!

Members: $49

Non-Members: $59

S.W.A.T.T Day Challenge

Join us for a morning filled with challenging workouts where you will compete against yourself to complete whatever workout you choose: Newbie, Intermediate, Advanced

You will take these workouts at YOUR pace; however, they are meant to challenge you greatly.

All participants will receive a fun branded shirt for participating!

Campfire Yoga

Flow Fit Studios is always bringing something unique to the community. We are kicking fall off with something you've likely never done before; camp fire yoga. Join us at sunset for a power flow around a warm campfire. Beverages (both alcoholic + non-alcoholic) and treats will be provided for you to indulge in with friends around the fire after yoga! Bring a yoga mat & blanket of your own! Dress comfortable & warm =)
